Return and Refund Policy

At Creating Memories By Connie, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom balloon designs and services. Because most of our products are made-to-order and personalized, all sales are final. Please review our policy before placing your order.

Balloon Orders (Pickup & Delivery)

All balloon arrangements are custom-made and cannot be returned once picked up or delivered.

Cancellations

  • 72 hours or more before scheduled pickup/delivery: Eligible for full store credit
  • Between 72 hours and 24 hours: Eligible for 50% store credit
  • Less than 24 hours: No credit will be issued

All store credits must be used within one (1) year from the date issued.
Approval of store credit is subject to review based on the nature of the order.

Balloon Services (Décor & Installations)

All décor services and installations are non-returnable.

Cancellations
  • More than 7 days before the event: Full store credit issued
  • Between 7 days and 72 hours before the event: 75% store credit issued (25% fee applied)
  • Between 72 hours and 24 hours before the event: 50% store credit issued
  • Less than 24 hours before the event: No credit will be issued

All store credits are valid for one (1) year from the original event date.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect all orders prior to pickup or delivery. If there is an issue:

  • Contact us immediately upon receiving your order or after service completion
  • Include photos and your order details
  • If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund for the affected item only

Deposits & Store Credit

  • All deposits are non-refundable
  • Store credit may be issued at our discretion in the event of cancellations or emergencies
  • Store credits must be used within one (1) year and can be applied toward future services or products

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

Additional Terms

  • Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Date changes may be subject to additional fees based on availability
  • Outdoor balloon décor is subject to weather conditions; we are not responsible for damage after setup due to environmental factors
  • Custom and personalized items are not eligible for return or refund
