Creating Memories by Connie is located is at 913 Mace Avenue, Bronx,
NY 10469, and we proudly serve throughout NYC—including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island—as well as Westchester County. We’re happy to travel for balloon installations! If your event is outside our service area, please contact us to discuss availability.

- Confirm & Secure Your Date: Once your design is finalized, a deposit is required to officially secure your booking.
How much does custom balloon décor cost?
Pricing for custom balloon décor varies based on the size of the design, level of detail, and materials used. Each setup is uniquely created to match your vision, so pricing is tailored to your specific event.
For an accurate quote, we recommend submitting an inquiry with details such as your event date, location, desired design, and any inspiration images. Once we review your request, we’ll provide a personalized quote based on your needs.
Is there a minimum order for balloon installations?
We’re happy to work with a variety of budgets; however, our on-site balloon installation services typically begin at $250 + tax and delivery.
For more intimate or smaller-scale arrangements, we also offer options available for pickup or delivery through our website.
When should I reserve my balloon décor?
We suggest securing your booking at least three weeks in advance to ensure availability and proper planning. For larger installations or busy seasons, reserving your date earlier is highly recommended.
While we may be able to accommodate shorter notice requests, availability is limited and rush fees may apply.
Do you accommodate last-minute balloon orders?
Yes, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. For quicker options, you can browse our online shop for ready-to-order balloon designs available on a shorter timeline.
Please note that availability is based on our schedule, and expedited orders may be subject to an additional rush fee.
SETUP AND DELIVERY
Do you provide delivery, or is pickup required?
We offer both delivery and pickup options for your convenience. Larger balloon installations are delivered and professionally set up by our team to ensure everything looks perfect.
For smaller arrangements, such as balloon bouquets and helium balloons, you may choose either pickup or delivery when placing your order.
How much time is needed to install balloon décor at my event?
Setup time can vary depending on the size and detail of your design. Most installations take approximately 2 hours, while larger or more intricate setups may require additional time.
If your venue has specific setup guidelines or time restrictions, we recommend sharing those details in advance so we can plan accordingly and ensure a smooth installation process.
BALLOON CARE AND DURABILITY
How long can I expect my balloons to last?
The longevity of your balloon décor depends on the type of balloons used, as well as the environment they are placed in.
The lifespan of balloons can vary depending on the type of balloon, environment, and how they are handled.
- Foil (Mylar) Balloons: Can last several days to weeks
- Helium Latex Balloons: 6-8 hours (up to 3 days with our special sealant solutions)
- Air-Filled Latex Balloons: Up to a week or more if kept indoors
- Outdoor balloons: May degrade faster due to heat, wind, or humidity
For best results, we recommend keeping balloons in a cool, indoor environment whenever possible.
What can I do to help my balloon décor last longer?
To keep your balloons looking their best for as long as possible, we recommend the following:

- Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat exposure
- Avoid contact with sharp objects or rough surfaces

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Are returns accepted if I decide to cancel my order?
No, each balloon design is custom-made, therefore, we’re unable to accept returns or refunds for changes once an order has been placed. All sales are considered final.
Can I switch my order to a different style or color after placing it?
No, each arrangement is custom-created based on your original selections, we’re unable to offer exchanges once an order has been placed.
When should I report an issue with my order?
Please contact us immediately after delivery or service completion. Requests made later may not be eligible for review.
What steps should I take if there’s an issue with my order?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us as soon as possible after delivery or service completion.
