Grab & Go Pickup Guidelines

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable pickup experience, we kindly ask that all clients review the following transportation and pickup recommendations prior to collecting their balloon décor.

Vehicle Preparation

For the safest transportation and best presentation of your balloon arrangement, we strongly recommend arriving in an SUV or midsize SUV with the rear seating fully folded down and the cargo area completely cleared. Proper vehicle preparation helps preserve the structure, styling, and overall longevity of your décor during transit.

Balloon Transportation & Care

Balloon décor is sensitive to environmental conditions and should be handled with care during transportation. During warmer temperatures, we highly recommend using air conditioning while transporting your balloons. Exposure to colder temperatures may cause helium-filled balloons to temporarily contract; however, they will naturally re-expand once returned to a warmer environment.

Scheduled Pickup Times

To maintain an efficient pickup experience for all clients, we kindly request that you arrive promptly at your scheduled pickup time. Delayed arrivals may affect surrounding appointments and production schedules. For a smooth and expedited handoff, please send a text message approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival so a member of the Creating Memories By Connie team can have your order prepared.

Loading & Vehicle Space

Due to active production schedules, high order volume, and safety considerations, our team is unable to assist with reorganizing, adjusting, or creating additional space within customer vehicles at the time of pickup. We kindly ask that all vehicles be properly prepared before arrival to accommodate the size of the arrangement ordered.

Cancellation & Store Credit Policy

All balloon décor is custom-created specifically for each event; therefore, refunds are only issued if Creating Memories By Connie is unable to fulfill the order. Cancellations requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date will receive a store credit that may be applied toward a future Grab & Go order or onsite balloon installation service.
